Come along and join my friendly semi-private strength sessions! 

You may have read a lot about the huge benefits of strength training recently, it's every where and quite rightly so!

Muscle is your biggest (no pun intended) ally in the fight against aging and does SO much more for you can just make your stronger.

It strengthens your bones, help control your blood sugar levels, has a positive effect on brain heath and the list goes on.

However do you know the difference between muscular endurance training and strength training?

What makes an exercise a strength training exercise?

If an exercise is really hard does that mean its a strength exercise? (no by the way) DONT worry you don't need to know the answers, because I do.

I have been running these sessions for just over 2 years now and the transformation in my clients, health and strength gains has been nothing short of amazing!

Come along, work hard, get stronger, reduce your pain and feel FANTASTIC!

2 × 55 minutes sessions per week for 6 weeks.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is an effective and dynamic way to enhance strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Originally developed by Joseph Pilates as a rehabilitation tool for injured athletes, the reformer has evolved over the past century into one of the most versatile and widely used pieces of fitness equipment in the world.

At The Studio, my Reformer Pilates sessions are thoughtfully designed to suit all experience levels, including beginners.

Each class is led by me, a fully qualified Reformer Pilates instructor and limited to a maximum of 5 participants, ensuring personalised guidance and focused support throughout your session.

I offer a variety of Reformer Pilates classes tailored to different health goals, fitness levels, and energy needs.

Whether your aim is to build strength, increase mobility, or enhance overall wellbeing, there is a class to suit you.
