My Story
At the age of 20, I was in a serious road traffic accident that left me in hospital for 11 months. Doctors fought to save my left leg — and thankfully, they did. Since then, movement and strength training have helped me every day.
I live with limitations. But I focus on what my body can do, and help you do the same.
My motto:
Celebrate what your body can do — and work towards what it can’t (yet).

What Is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is an excellent way to enhance your strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
It features a sliding carriage, adjustable springs, straps and pulleys. The design allows for both resistance and support, making it ideal for all levels.
I am a third generation Pilates teacher with a comprehensive Pilates certification and in addition to that I have completed a reformer mastery program.
Instead of a 'one spring fits all approach' I will teach you how different springs, footbar settings and positions will support your body weight, length etc to make an exercise more challenging or supportive.
I teach in 'layers' which means you use the appropriate layer for challenge

What Are Strength & Mobility Sessions?
These semi-private sessions are ideal if you want the benefits of strength training but don’t feel at home in a traditional gym.
You’ll get your own personalised programme, designed around your current fitness level and goals, and it evolves with you as you get stronger.
Don’t let the word strength put you off.
These sessions are suitable for everyone, no matter your starting point.
I love teaching them because I get to watch people build real strength, often far beyond what they thought was possible.
